If you pride yourself on not sleeping and wear it as a badge of honor, it will come back to bite you in the ass.
I hate to say it, but you will never have the body or life you desire without proper sleep.
There is a reason we need our kidneys, oxygen, and water. What makes sleep any different?
So go ahead, put your phone down, crawl into bed, and catch some z’s because your body needs it, and you’ll be better for it!
