Eat Less by Eating Slow Tip:
- Use a meal timer
- The first step is to time a normal meal for you. Write down how long it takes for you to eat the meal from start to finish.
- Next time, add on a minute to the original time
- Next time, add on two minutes to the original time.
- Keep going until you find your optimal time.
How to find the optimal time:
- You eat until you are 80% full
- You feel energized afterward
- you don’t feel stuffed

Pro tip – don’t use your cell phone to time your meals. As best as you can, limit screens while you eat. Use something like a stopwatch or kitchen timer.
Nobody teaches this stuff.
We pick up these habits (like eating fast) from our childhood.
I know I used to have to eat so quickly growing up to make the bus on time.
