What does it cost?

I’d love to give this out for free, but we show up when we pay for things.

Tier One – NOW to February 28th at Midnight – $199 Paid in full

Tier Two –  March 1st – March 4th – $225 Paid in full

Tier Three – March 5th – March 7th – $249 Paid in full

Payment plans are available on a month-to-month basis but must be paid in full before the challenge is over. $149 month for two months. $299 total. Email me directly for more information about the payment plan.

To get a free third month you can recruit a friend to do this with you. Just have them purchase the challenge and enter your name in the comments section at checkout. This would make the challenge 12 weeks and would end beautifully on Memorial Day Weekend.

Challenge Basics:

  • You’ll get access to True Coach, where I will be assigning you daily workouts and habits.
  • You will be tracking your food intake either through journaling or MyFitness pal.
  • You will be monitoring progress weekly – pictures

What is all included:

  • Access to True Coach
  • 8 Weeks of Workouts
  • Weekly healthy habit assignments
  • A group accountability channel (NOT on Facebook)
  • Weekly education NOT ON ZOOM – on the topic of habits, nutrition, meal prep, fitness, mindset, and everything that encompasses a healthy lifestyle.
  • Think of this like a mini-course of all of my best work with an accountability coach!

Workout Format:

  • There will be two versions 
    • At home – it requires dumbbells, resistance bands, and a jump rope
    • Gym – access to a standard box gym and a jump rope
  • 4 Strength Workouts Per Week
    • The program is a body part split program (legs, chest/shoulders, back, and arms)
    • Workout length – approx 45 mins each session (includes light cardio)

To win the challenge, you must:

  • Maintain a 100% compliance rate in True Coach for weekly workouts.
  • Submit your food log to me each week.
  • Submit your progress photos on time each week.
