Challenge Begins:

Wednesday, June 22nd to Wednesday, August 17th, 2022

Challenge Basics:

  • You’ll get access to True Coach, an interactive platform that tracks, stores, and delivers your workouts. Here is where I will be assigning you daily workouts and bonus healthy habits.
  • You will be required to track your daily food intake either through journaling or MyFitness pal.
    • This can be as simple as writing on a sheet of paper
      • Breakfast – oatmeal and berries with coffee
      • Lunch – salad with chicken
      • Dinner – steak with potatoes
      • Snack – no snack
    • Or as complex as
      • Tracking in My Fitness pal
      • Weighing food
      • Tracking macros/calories
      • Measuring with cups
    • The goal is to gain awareness, not perfection!
  • You will be monitoring progress weekly – pictures (will not be shared with anyone other than Krista)

What is all included:

  • Personal access to True Coach
  • 8 Weeks of Workouts (4 strength sessions per week)
  • Bonus weekly healthy habit assignments – ex. a daily water goal, a breathing goal, a step goal, getting outside, etc.
  • A group accountability channel (NOT on Facebook) – the app is Telegram and is similar to WhatsApp
  • Weekly education via Zoom – on the topic of habits, nutrition, meal prep, fitness, mindset, and everything that encompasses a healthy lifestyle.
  • Think of this like a mini-course of all of my best work with an accountability coach!

Workout Format:

  • There will be two versions 
    • At home – requires dumbbells and resistance bands
    • Gym – access to a standard box gym
  • 4 Strength Workouts Per Week
    • The program is a body part split program (legs, chest/shoulders, back, and arms)
    • Workout length – approx 45 mins each session (includes light cardio)

To win the challenge, you must:

  • Maintain a 100% compliance rate in True Coach for the workouts each week.
  • Submit your food log to me each week.
  • Submit your progress photos on time each week.

  • It’s a surprise, but trust me when I say it will be worth your time.
