Avocado Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie contains coffee and fats so its great for an afternoon pick me up. Oh, and it has no added sugar.

Keto avocado collagen smoothie

Makes one smoothie

  • 8oz cold coffee or cold brew
  • 4oz unsweetened coconut milk (optional)
  • 1-2 scoops of chocolate collagen powder (I like this one)
  • 2T chia seeds
  • 1/2 ripe large frozen avocado
  • 1c ice 


  1. Combine all liquids, seeds and powders and blend. 
  2. Add in frozen ingredients and blend again. 
  3. Serve or store in a glass jar. 
  4. Drink with a jumbo metal straw or eat with a spoon 
  5. Enjoy ?
