This smoothie contains coffee and fats so its great for an afternoon pick me up. Oh, and it has no added sugar.
Keto avocado collagen smoothie
Makes one smoothie
- 8oz cold coffee or cold brew
- 4oz unsweetened coconut milk (optional)
- 1-2 scoops of chocolate collagen powder (I like this one)
- 2T chia seeds
- 1/2 ripe large frozen avocado
- 1c ice
- Combine all liquids, seeds and powders and blend.
- Add in frozen ingredients and blend again.
- Serve or store in a glass jar.
- Drink with a jumbo metal straw or eat with a spoon
