You’ll receive a comprehensive plan of action available to help you LIVE LARGE on your terms and be on the path to optimal health and wellness.

- One Goal clarity session (2 Hours)
- Seven personalized one-on-one nutrition education sessions (45 mins / each)
- Topics include but are not limited to:
- Food quality and prioritization
- Energy balance and portioning
- Meal planning and preparation
- Mindful eating and appetite awareness
- Habit change and development
- Topics include but are not limited to:
- Unlimited plan revisions based on progress
- Unlimited messaging access to Krista via a private platform
- Weekly progress update check-ins
